August 18, 2006 (Dallas, TX) – Home Solutions of America, Inc. (NASDAQ:  HSOA; the “Company” or “Home Solutions”), a provider of recovery, restoration and rebuilding/remodeling services, will participate in two investor conferences in September.

Frank Fradella, Chief Executive Officer, and Jeff Mattich, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Credit Suisse First Boston Under Followed Opportunities Conference being held on Tuesday September 12, 2006, at the CSFB Offices in Boston, MA.

Fradella and Mattich will also present at the New York Society of Securities Analysts (NYSSA) Construction Materials Conference September 26, 2006, at 1:40 p.m. Eastern. The conference will be held at the NYSSA Offices in New York, NY.
