March 15, 2007 (Dallas, TX)--Home Solutions of America, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSOA), the “Company” or “Home Solutions"), a provider of recovery, restoration and rebuilding/remodeling services, announced today that its Fireline Restoration, Inc. subsidiary ("Fireline") received a $25.5 million contract to complete construction services on new residential and commercial construction projects primarily in the South Florida area by providing restoration and construction services. Work under the project will commence on Monday, March 19, 2007. Approximately $8.5 million of the work is scheduled to be completed prior to the end of the first quarter, with the balance of work under the projects scheduled to be completed by the end of the 2007 third quarter. Since the beginning of March, Fireline has announced aggregate new contract awards totaling $52.5 million.

“Over the past six weeks, we have seen a significant increase in activity, particularly in the Florida area,” said Brian Marshall, President of the Company’s Restoration and Construction Services Division. “Fireline was selected for this work, which needs to be completed in a relatively tight time period, as a result of its ability to provide a large pool of experienced and skilled labor. In addition to the recent increase in awarded business, we are bidding on substantial projects due to our reputation for delivering quality work on a timely basis.”
